Air General Names Patrick Maloney as President

Upon the retirement of President Paula Dexter after a career spanning 30 years at Air General, the company has announced today that her successor will be a third generation Maloney.
Patrick Maloney, currently Chief Financial Officer started his career in a cargo handling warehouse in Boston in 1999. He graduated from Northeastern University in 2004 with a triple major in Management Information Systems, Entrepreneurship and Finance.
While rounding out his education Patrick worked as a Financial Advisor and in Information Technology before returning to Air General in 2005. The eldest son of Chairman Robert M. Maloney Jr., and grandson of the founder of Air General Robert M. Maloney Sr., Patrick has demonstrated a keen financial acumen while maintaining the same sense of fairness and loyalty to employees and customers alike.
He was named Chief Financial officer in 2008. The company grew from a small ramp handling company in 1961 to a cargo handling company which diversified to include contracts for domestic and international air freight, ocean freight and cargo screening services.
With 19 customer airlines and 23 airport locations, the team of over 700 outstanding employees diversified even further last year adding Passenger Handling Meet and Greet services to their portfolio.
Patrick and his team plan to continue their mission of providing the highest quality service to customers.
