Diversity & Inclusion
On June 19th 2020, Patrick Maloney, the President of Air General, signed the CEO Pledge on Action for Diversity & Inclusion.
The first action taken was for Air General leadership to form a Diversity and Inclusion team to begin the process of reviewing policies, procedures, and programs for Air General to promote Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality.
The D & I team will be working on training programs, activities, as well as, alignment of inclusive language with company documents and procedures.
