Air General Perks
Employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement after six (6) months of employment. Tuition will be paid to employees for courses that are business/work related and upon successful completion of the course.
Employees are covered under a company paid life insurance policy with no waiting period. One policy is equal to $12,000 and the other policy is equal to one times the employee’s annual salary. (subject to salary caps)

Paid Time Off and Sick Leave
- 0-1 Year = 72 hours
- 1-5 Years = 112 hours
- 6-13 Years = 152 hours
- 14+ Years = 192 hours
Five (5) paid sick days per year are accrued monthly and may be used on an as needed basis to all employees who have completed six (6) months of employment.
Robert M. Maloney Sr. Memorial Scholarship
Each year, Air General awards a substantial academic college scholarship to the dependent of an eligible employee.
Health, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Insurance
Employees are offered Health Insurance provided by Cigna, after sixty (60) days of employment with Air General. Dental, Vision and other coverages are available in the company Benefits Marketplace during enrollment.
401(k) Retirement Plan and
Employees may enroll in the 401(k) program after six months of employment with Air General. After completing one year of service, Air General will match employee contributions. The Employer match is fifty (50) % of up to four (4) % of your weekly salary. Air General also offers a Roth plan.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Provides free help with everyday challenges, such as financial problems, childcare, stress, home buying, college tuition, elderly care, mental health, substance abuse, relationship abuse, loss and grief, and much more. In addition, counseling benefits, extensive online resources, and 24/hour phone services are available to all employees and their immediate family members.
