Since 2014, Air General Traveler Services has provided bespoke concierge services to travelers at airports and train stations around the USA. We look after anyone who requires assistance to navigate the process of departing, arriving or transiting on a plane or train, and this includes all the bells and whistles – providing ground transportation, lounge access, a place to hold a meeting, shopping and even meeting passengers prior to making their way to the airport or escorting them to rental car facilities — we do it all! We typically look after families with young children, celebrities, dignitaries, anyone with a disability or who simply wants to be escorted to eliminate the anxiety of modern travel. Service is scheduled to begin in MCO on February 1, 2024.
